First denied access to Lafayette Park by anal-retentive Secret Service cops, the giant 51-foot joint is deflated, rolled up, carried into the park, plugged in and re-inflated. Park Police and Secret Soivice were caught flat-footed. They finally allowed us to keep it on the sidewalk there, which is DC territory.
