The Distrust, It BUUURRRNNNSS

For something that's supposed to be a such a big ol' hot, sloppy bucket of nothing, the infamous Nunes Memo sure has the Democrats screeching about how it's sowing "distrust" of institutions like the FBI. Yep, Liberals love them some FBI now, just like ol' Phil Ochs said -- 10 degrees to the left of center when things are good, 10 degrees to the right when it affects them personally.

Now, as someone who's been involved in Left activism and activist media for nearly 40 years and knows the FBI's history of disrupting and suppressing popular movements, I can tell you for free that I don't need some babbling memo from a GOP Congresscritter to make me fervently distrust the goddamn FBI. Really, folks, let's get serious, here. They have a history.

Between this drooling love for the State and feverishly trying to rehabilitate George W. Bush, I'd say the Democrats are pretty well cracked.

Smashing Blackberries

When I picked up the morning Post off my front stoop last Tuesday morning and got a look at the front page, I knew this was arguably one of their most sublimely insulting headlines ever. Here was the Ice Queen obviously destroying evidence under investigation -- along with other actions that would result in immediate firing and imprisonment for people who aren't Hillary Clinton -- and the Washington Post is queefing out yet another blast of tired old 1950s red-baiting and dick-wagging, continuing to aid Clinton and the Democrats' ongoing deflection of blame and claims of victimhood.

After over a year of Hillary and the Democrats' lies, half-truths, primary rigging, thievery, bullying, threats and insults, the Washington Post still insists that it's the Russians -- the goddamn' Russians -- who are responsible for the loss of faith and trust in the American electoral process. I don't know about the rest of you, but I don't need the Russians' help to lose my trust in American "democracy".

...because Ideas Are Bulletproof!

This past week the FBI, in a nationwide sweep, arrested 16 members of Anonymous in connection with the famous DDoS of PayPal (yeah, fuck PayPal) in solidarity with Wikileaks — including a 13 year-old boy whose family was terrorized at gunpoint while agents searched their house and siezed computer equipment. Shortly after the arrests, the National Lawyers Guild responded with an offer of defense and other legal resources to the arrested Anons.

This cartoon is in solidarity with the arrested Anons in the USA and with Anons worldwide… because ideas are bulletproof.
